How You Can Help Us

As the HVAC Maintenance Manager, you will help lead your teams by working together with your dispatchers and technicians to ensure the proper implementation of HVAC maintenance and repairs.

What You'll Do

You will provide field support, as well as forward-thinking to identify the needs within the HVAC maintenance department by not only providing clear directions to your team, but also reporting and managing KPI’s for your team's performance to include recalls, failed inspections, and technician efficiencies. The HVAC Maintenance Manager will help with the entire organization to allow us to work in an efficient and timely manner. You mentor and assist HVAC Maintenance Technicians to ensure that they have the support they need to succeed in their position. In addition, you work to train and maintain all safety standards to safeguard our excellent home services for our customers and help provide a great environment for our team. As the HVAC Maintenance Manager, these duties and responsibilities may change in order to better support the team.

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership skills
• Task oriented, detail oriented
• Administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• A current driver’s license with a clean driving record
• HVAC experience is preferred but not required
• ServiceTitan experience is preferred but not required

Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000/year
