How You Can Help Us

As the Electrical Installation Manager, you will help lead your teams by working together with your dispatchers and technicians to ensure the proper implementation of electrical installations.

What You'll Do

You will provide field support, as well as forward-thinking to identify the needs within the electrical installation department and set clear directions for your team. You will report and manage KPI’s for your team's performance to include recalls, failed inspections, and technician efficiencies. The Electrical Installation Manager will help with the entire organization to allow us to work in an efficient and timely manner. You mentor and assist Electrical Installation Technicians to ensure that they have the support they need to succeed in their position. In addition, you work to train and maintain all safety standards to safeguard our excellent home services for our customers and help provide a great environment for our team.

Experience You’ll Need

• Electrical experience is REQUIRED
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• A current driver’s license with a clean driving record
